Feyza Nur Şen, one of the graduate students in our department, defended her M.S. thesis entitled "Investigating the relationship between resilience and job crafting of early childhood education teachers", which she conducted under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Feyza Tantekin Erden, and was found to be successful on 17th June, 2025. We would like to thank our student's advisor, Prof. Dr. Feyza Tantekin Erden, and committee members Assoc. Prof. Dr. Volkan Şahin and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Metehan Buldu for their valuable contributions.
