Motor Development Research Laboratory

On Friday, March 13, 2026, the opening ceremony of the Motor Development Research Laboratory, established through the collaboration of the Department of Elementary and Early Childhood Education and the Department of Physical Education and Sports, was held. The ceremony was attended by the Director General of Education, Research and Coordination at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Dr. Mehmet Ata Öztürk, as well as researcher Dr. Tolga Tek from the same directorate and members of the Faculty of Education. The opening speech was carried out by the Dean of the Faculty of Education Prof.Dr Mustafa Levent İnce. It is expected that this laboratory will contribute to scientific research in the field of motor development, enhance students’ opportunities for practical training, and provide a new platform for interdisciplinary studies.
